Triple distilled and initially matured in American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, the whiskey is then given a distinctive twist – it’s re-casked and aged for an additional 10 months in virgin casks made from oak sourced from the Ozark forests of Missouri. This process imparts a rich tapestry of flavors to the whiskey, including notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, rich berry fruits, and a smooth, velvety vanilla cream. Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), this Missouri Oak Edition is a robust yet refined whiskey.
