REDBREAST LUSTAU EDITION SINGLE POT STILL IRISH WHISKEY
46% ABV | 92 Proof | Non-Age Statement | Triple Distilled | Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish | 750mL
PROCESS & PROFILE
Redbreast Lustau Edition represents a vibrant union of Irish whiskey tradition and Spanish sherry cask influence. This single pot still whiskey is distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in copper pot stills for added smoothness. It’s initially matured in ex-bourbon and sherry-seasoned American oak barrels before receiving a final finish in specially selected first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. This final stage enhances its character with a rich, fruit-forward profile and deep complexity.
