The 12-year-old Elijah Craig. This is a 1992 bottling so will have been distilled at the old Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown before it burned down 4 years later.
Elijah Craig is one of the flagship brands produced by Heaven Hill, named after an 18th-century pastor, often cited (although probably incorrectly) as the first man to distill bourbon in the US.
