Nose: Molasses is picked up, which then gives way to grassy, herbal notes of tobacco and mint.
Palate: Peppermint hints continue on the palate, with rich vanilla and cinnamon. Yum.
Finish: It’s a dry finish that lasts a good, long while.
Overall: Another year, another brilliant Sazerac 18 Year Old.
