All orders are diligently processed within a window of one to two business days. Please note that our processing schedule excludes weekends and national holidays.

  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery for international orders ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing times.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We continue to offer reliable domestic delivery across most U.S. states.

Service Area Exclusions: Kindly be advised that, at this time, we are unable to fulfill orders with shipping addresses in Utah, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Alaska, or Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Available Shipping Tiers & Estimated Transit Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping Costs & Promotions:

  • Standard Flat Rate: A non-refundable flat-rate shipping fee of $25.00 applies to all domestic orders that do not meet the threshold for free shipping.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders with a subtotal of $1,000.00 or more (automatically applied at checkout).


International Shipping Details

  • Worldwide Availability: We now ship to all countries worldwide. If your country is not displayed at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  • Shipping Costs: International rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight and destination.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal efficiency.

  • Delays: Please note that customs inspections may cause additional delays that are beyond our control.


General Shipping Restrictions and Requirements

To ensure secure and timely delivery, the following restrictions apply:

  • Address Limitations: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Signature Requirement: All deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 years or older. Carriers are instructed to verify the recipient’s age using a valid government-issued photo ID.


Policy on Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our support team promptly.

  • Reporting Window: Notify our customer service within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Damaged Goods: Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
