The Paul John XO is a remarkable spirit hailing from the tropical coasts of Goa, India. It might be considered India’s response to the globally recognized Cognac and Armagnac. This exquisite brandy is crafted from a blend of renowned Ugni Blanc and Bangalore Blue grapes, aged for over a decade in carefully chosen medium-toasted new French limousin oak barrels.
