Bookers Bourbon 2019-01 Teresas Batch
The first batch of Booker’s Bourbon in the 2019 collection is called “Teresa’s Batch,” named for Teresa Wittemer, a beloved employee here at Beam for over 30 years in our Quality Control Department. This batch is made up of barrels from three production dates aged in nine different locations within four warehouses.
Nose: The nose is filled with ripe plums, toffee, warm roasted peanuts, old leather, and vanilla.
Palate: The palate has a full body and an interesting flavor of dark chocolate peanut-butter & banana sandwiches with notes of honey and allspice.
Finish: The finish is medium length with oak and spices.
